Biscuit's first poster for Raul's - 1979 - Before the Big Boys were born

"Fun Fun Fun"

1. Handmade posters were taped up all over town

2. Big Boys in front of Raul's Club on the Drag - 1979

1. Huns debuted at the Texas Union Ballroom

2. They sold advance tickets at Inner Sanctum Records for their Raul's shows. Not too pretentious.

Charlie Hunter made this. His boyfriend, Joel Richardson, was the Huns bass guitarist. Charlie's now a Houston lawyer. Joel's a bartender in San Diego.

This poster made the Austin Police Department nervous.

They showed up at the gig and a riot ensued after Huns lead-man Phil Tolstead, kissed the cop who was handcuffing him.
